Dear CUSTOMER, We wish to inform you, pursuant to Article 10 of Law 196 laying down provisions on the protection of persons and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data, that the information provided or otherwise acquired as part of the services we provide will be processed in accordance with the above provisions and the confidentiality obligations that inspire the activity of:

By processing of personal data we mean any operation or set of operations, carried out with the aid of computerised/telematic means, aimed at the collection, recording, organisation, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, deletion and destruction. The data controller for the processing of the data you provide is Clover S.a.s. di D'Amato Marco & C. in the person of its legal representative (Sole Administrator). The data processors are the officials on the list available at the offices of Clover S.a.s. di D'Amato Marco & C.each within its respective field of competence.

If your chosen services are operated by third parties, your data will be communicated to the individual operators. The latter act as 'data controllers' for processing in connection with the provision of the services for which they are responsible.

Any refusal to communicate the data requested in the previous form shall prevent the stipulation and execution of what is contained in the service contract or related legal obligations. The data will be processed by means of instruments and/or methods designed to ensure their confidentiality, integrity and availability, in compliance with the provisions of Presidential Decree no. 318 of 28.7.1999 - "Identification of minimum security measures for the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 15 of Law no. 196".

We also inform you that you may contact the Data Controller to exercise your rights under Article 13 of Law No. 196, which we reproduce in full at the end of this document for your convenience.

Article 13 - Rights of the data subject:

1) With regard to the processing of personal data, the data subject has the right:

• (a) to be informed, by means of free access to the register referred to in Article 31(1)(a), of the existence of data processing operations that may concern him;
• (b) to be informed of what is stated in Article 7(4)(a), (b) and (h);
• (c) to obtain from the holder or the person responsible, without delay:
  • 1. confirmation as to whether or not personal data relating to him exist, even if not yet recorded, and communication in intelligible form of such data and their source, as well as of the logic and purposes on which the processing is based; the request may be renewed, subject to the existence of justified reasons, at intervals of not less than ninety days;
  • 2. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in breach of the law, including data whose storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
  • 3. updating, rectification or, if he/she is interested, integration of the data;
  • 4. a declaration that the operations referred to in numbers 2 and 3 have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right protected;
• d) to object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of collection;
• e) to object, in whole or in part, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of commercial information or the sending of advertising or direct sales material or for the carrying out of market research or interactive commercial communication, and to be informed by the data controller, no later than when the data are communicated or disseminated, of the possibility of exercising this right free of charge.

2) For each request referred to in paragraph 1, letter c, number 1, the data subject may be charged, where the existence of data concerning him/her is not confirmed, a contribution to expenses, not exceeding the costs actually incurred, in accordance with the modalities and within the limits set forth in the regulation referred to in Article 33, paragraph 3.

(3) The rights referred to in paragraph 1 in respect of personal data concerning deceased persons may be exercised by any person with an interest therein.

(4) In exercising the rights referred to in subsection (1), the person concerned may grant, in writing, power of attorney or proxy to natural persons or associations.

5) The rules on professional secrecy of journalists, limited to the source of the news, remain unaffected.
